Litigation Attorney - Asbestos/Product Liability The candidate will be responsible for taking depositions; drafting pleadings and briefs; preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients; conducting legal research; drafting interrogatories and document demands; reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation; submitting filings to the court. Must have solid academic credentials. Must have 0-3 year level to work with Asbestos Pollution and Health Hazard Products Liability Group. Previous experience handling asbestos and/or product liability matters is a plus. Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, admission to New York is a plus. Asbestos/toxic tort experience a plus. Litigation experience a plus.
