Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate should have solid experience in family petitions, (I-130/I-485 s), consular processing of visas, and immigration court filings. Knowledge of and experience in employment-based petitions, (EB-1 s, L-1 s, E-2's TN's etc) is a plus. be bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have 2-4 years immigration experience, preferably law firm experience.
