Finance Paralegal - Investments Team The candidate will have Bachelor degree or the equivalent in applicable experience is required. Must have experience controlling and reviewing collateral filings; drafting and/or preparing ancillary documents related to the closing of transactional deals (e.g. signature pages for loan documents and certificates); preparing closing checklists. Ideally, the candidate would also have experience in preparing corporate and limited liability company filings. Must have knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the Revised Article 9 and UCC financing statements including the ability to prepare these statements. Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office software and strong ability to learn to use technology to support transactional attorneys. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player are required.
