Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years insurance defence litigation experience; Must have experience in products liability and toxic tort, including asbestos and/or talc litigation; Trial experience preferred but not required; Must be admitted to practice in New York Strong deposition and court conference experience needed; Admitted to practice in New Jersey a plus. Should have hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution, strong verbal and written communication skills, and good academic credentials.
