Seeking Litigation Paralegal with 5-10 years civil litigation experience. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, have knowledge of state and federal court rules, excellent communication skills , have a team-player attitude and be computer savy. Duties include: Extensive trial preparation with binders, notebooks, exhibits, etc. Performing legal and factual research. Organizing and analyzing information, cross-checking and validating information. Helping prepare legal documents and correspondence. Scheduling expert witnesses. Propounding to and responding to discovery. Preparation of deposition notices, subpoenas and motions. Bachelors Degree and/or ABA Paralegal Certificate is required.
