Law Firm Seeks Experienced Immigration Paralegal (Bilingual) The Law Offices of Hyder & Overas is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) litigation paralegal to join their team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and prior law firm experience, preferably in immigration law. Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation, drafting court filings and petitions, corresponding with clients and government officials, managing document collection, deadlines, and overall case tracking. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: College degree Prior law firm experience, preferably in immigration law Bilingual (Spanish) Strong writing skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines Compensation and Benefits The Law Offices of Hyder & Overas offers a competitive compensation package along with the following benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Application Process The Law Offices of Hyder & Overas is accepting applications for this position.
