International Employment Law Paralegal The candidate will perform a variety of paralegal duties for various attorneys. Interacts with IEL attorneys and staff in a team setting and upholds the image of the Firm by maintaining the highest degree of excellence and client service. Administratively manage all phases of international data privacy and security projects, as well as other multinational employment-related strategic, compliance and transactional legal projects. Streamline knowledge management (KM) across the IEL practice and manage maintenance of the team's KM on an ongoing basis. Streamline international employment law client service processes, leveraging technology where applicable. Legal research using the firm's legal research platforms and often working in conjunction with local counsel. Manage electronic data and hard copy documents. Maintain strong client relationships. Any other projects as assigned by attorneys in Seyfarth's International Employment Law team. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal diploma is required. Should have 5+ years of experience supporting data privacy and security projects. International experience is a plus. Must have the ability to accurately write, edit and proofread (punctuation, grammar, spelling) correspondence and other legal documents. Should have the ability to work effectively within a team, manage expectations from a variety of stakeholders, including firm attorneys, project managers and support professionals, and drive projects through to completion in a timely and efficient manner.
