Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will need to be able to multi-task and take initiative in a busy, fast-paced work environment. Should have experience in an established, growth-oriented law firm. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Excellent writing and critical thinking skills are required. Both Federal and State litigation experience is necessary. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a legal team required. Civil rights litigation and Appellate experience required. 5 years of similar paralegal experience preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and/or Paralegal certificate required. Experience managing discovery in complex litigation matters required.
