Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate work includes preparing and filing a full range of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS. Should have Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate will be considerate a plus. 4+ years of NIV and IV employment-based immigration experience with high-volume clients preferred. Experience with INSZoom and MS Excel/Outlook a plus. Strong computer, customer and writing skills required.
