Real Estate Associate or Staff Attorney The candidate must be recent law school graduates or have 1-2 years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate at a nationally recognized law firm or applicable experience with multifamily and/or commercial real estate lenders, developers or property owner. Should preferably have experience in financing of multifamily and/or commercial real estate deals and comfort with drafting transactional documents. Experience in real estate development projects, acquisitions/dispositions, public-private partnerships, leasing, and in the hospitality industry is a plus. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments, good interpersonal skills, and a strong client-team focused work ethic. Must be members in good standing of a state Bar and qualified to waive into the D.C. Bar [or awaiting bar exam results].
