Family Law and Litigation Attorney The candidate' must have minimum of 2 years experience in domestic relations. The attorney's caseload will consist of around 80% family law and 20% varied general civil practice matters. This position will require a significant amount of court time. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a strong rapport with clients. The attorney will oversee all aspects of family litigation including dissolutions, allocation of parental responsibility, paternity, orders of protection, and related financial issues. Candidate must be well-versed in Westlaw and willing to learn and practice in new areas of law. Must be admitted to practice in Illinois. Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required.
