Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate (Florida). Should preferably have 3 years of litigation experience. Experience with Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Complex Litigation, CM/ECF, e-filing, and or trial/hearing preparation is a plus. Must have experience with Outlook calendaring. Should be detail-oriented, have a great vocabulary, experienced proofreader, and work well under extreme pressure. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint is needed. Expert level in Word and consistently use shortcut keys is required. Must be an above-average typist and be able to transcribe FAST oral dictation under pressure. Should have the ability to compose pleadings, basic motions, and discovery documents. The ability to work overtime and some Sundays are essential. The ability to follow directions and the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently is a prerequisite.
