Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to assist Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with Litigation Preparation, File Maintenance, and some pre-litigation Personal Injury Demand Preparation (may include some some preliminary tasks such as requesting, reviewing and summarizing bills and records). Dutiesi include: Answer phones/take and relay messages; Legal Research; Draft and Review Pleadings and other Legal Documents for Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation; Prepare Disclosure Statements; Prepare Discovery Requests and Responses; Prepare Trial Notebook; Calendar and Maintain Litigation Deadlines; Investigate facts and communicate with clients; Record and store client information; Request bills and records; Review and summarize medical records and other investigative materials. Must have Previous experience with Personal Injury Litigation (3+ years preferred). Familiarity with legal research and procedural rules is critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
