Paralegal - Employment Litigation Duties: Drafting legal documents/correspondence in strict compliance with court rules, preparing pleadings/discovery for filing in federal, state and administrative courts; conducting limited legal research; and serving as liaison with state and federal courts. Adhere to strict deadlines. Requirements: A paralegal certificate or a degree from an ABA-approved program. 3 years' paralegal experience preferred. Knowledge of Title VII/EEOC, employment litigation, and state and federal court rules. An excellent grasp of state and federal court rules, a strong work ethic, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
