Must have 2 years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney or comparable experience. Must have the willingness to devote most of the business day to review of conflicts of interest database search reports to clear new employments for acceptance or to identify and help resolve conflicts of interest. Have a strong understanding of legal relationships and loss prevention/legal risk management. Knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct is required. Experience with database review and searching is essential. Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; must be able to articulate issues accurately, clearly, and succinctly. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities needed to address complex questions and issues are needed. Must have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail-oriented; issue-tracking, follow-up, and resolution skills are essential. Must have the ability to use various reference materials and conduct internet searching. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment and respond appropriately to shifting priorities.
