Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for legal research and writing of declarations, motions, briefs and appeals. Will be meeting and interviewing clients. Complete daily appearances before the Immigration Court and the Immigration Service for a mainly Spanish speaking clientele. Must have a valid and current license to practice law. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience. Fluent Spanish is must.
