Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for depositions, motions, brief writing and court appearances. Must be personable, able to work independently and with others, energetic and understand what it takes to be a good lawyer and a successful team player. Good research and writing skills are necessary. Must be licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., or eligible for waiver. Virginia and/or Maryland Bar would be a plus. Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience.
