Associate Attorney, Litigation (Hybrid) The candidate' should have strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision; Should have strong research skills and oral communication; Should possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record; Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York; Experience with litigating medical malpractice or personal injury claims preferred.
