Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate must have 1+ years of litigation experience, preferable claims or medical review experience, and product liability experience would be a plus. Should preferably also have strong research, writing, and analysis skills as well as a strong academic record, along with the ability to demonstrate initiative, keen attention to detail, and the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team. eDiscovery and Relativity experience are helpful. The firm is open to candidates who want to work on a full-time basis as well as those who may want a somewhat reduced schedule.
