Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare employment-based immigration applications and family-based immigration petitions. Assist clients with immigration petition-related recruitment. Communicate with clients and foreign nationals to collect information and documents. Track immigration deadlines and ensure timely filings using INSZoom. Perform immigration-related research. Should have 2+ years of relevant experience. Business immigration experience and bilingual candidates, fluent in Spanish, are strongly preferred. Must have the ability to prioritize ad multitask in a fast-paced environment, be the deadline and detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
