Employment Law Attorney Candidate will represent plaintiffs against large corporations in individual lawsuits and class actions in throughout California. A JD and current good standing with the California State Bar are required. Experience in employment law and class action preferred. Must have relevant experience, as well as strong employment and academic records, who are committed to providing a high quality legal service to employees in employment and labor disputes. Must have special expertise in representing plaintiffs in sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Must have a substantial class action practice to protect employees' wage and hour rights under California law.
