Bankruptcy Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with reading, researching, preparing and efiling bankruptcy litigation documents using Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PACER, Court Call, Case Management Calendaring and Westlaw and local rules research. Will be responsible for working with attorneys and clients in gathering, organizing and inputting data for chapter 11 and 7 petitions using Stretto's Best Case. Using Excel and Adobe Acrobat, will organize financial spreadsheets and documents for the monthly reports to the U.S. Trustee. Will efile with the CM/ECF PACER Filer in Central District of California and other federal districts. Will be responsible for completing and sending out service of filed documents.
