Senior Litigation Paralegal (Medical Malpractice) The candidate will be assigned a caseload and will be responsible, under the direction of two attorneys, for helping with every aspect of the litigation process. Should have extensive experience managing complex litigation. Should well understand how to file various pleadings in all jurisdictions in Maryland as well in DC, and should ideally be familiar with the health claims process in Maryland. Should also be highly skilled at organizing and managing complex medical records sets and at managing complex and lengthy discoveries. Experience with analyzing medical records is a plus. Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and easily learn and embrace new technology. The ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency is a must. Should also be personable, professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
