Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be exposed to a variety of cases and Will have overall responsibility for case preparation and communications for client relationships. Will create drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes. Communicate with clients and employees by email, telephone, and through the case management system. Bachelor's degree is required. Must have 2-5 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s is required. Experience with immigration case management systems is preferred. Should have excellent organizational, communications (oral & written), and analytical skills.
