Associates are allowed to choose the practice areas and specific assignments that interest them, and they will be challenged with responsibility and client contact.
Trusts and Estates Paralegal The candidate will do preparation of Fiduciary income tax returns. Preparation of Federal estate tax returns. Trust and/or estate accountings. Decedent's final State and Federal income tax returns. Funding calculations. Aggregate division of marital property. Preparation of probate pleadings. A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience in all phases of the administration of trusts & estates. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must and knowledge of related software is a plus.
