Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate requires legal research, drafting of motions and other pleadings of sophisticated nature, as well as preparation of discovery. Will appear in court, take and defend depositions and attend mediations/arbitrations. Assumes responsibility and involvement for his or her cases, developing a strategy (with the team) for the case from inception through trial. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail.
