Litigation Paralegal The candidate will level the playing field between accident victims and large insurance companies, and the firm's core practice area is still Personal Injury law. Now made up of 24 trial lawyers and over 100 firm members, the firm practice areas have broadened to include Workers' Compensation, Mass Tort, and all forms of plaintiff's Employment law. The firm is also heavily involved in national plaintiff's litigation addressing a variety of Defective Medical Devices, Products and Dangerous Drugs. The firm's trial practice is fully mature.Litigation paralegals at company are fully involved in all aspects of their litigation cases, from providing excellent client service to attending trial. Our paralegals are part of a strong team that strives to be the very best. The successful candidate is a paralegal who is energetic, positive with a 'can do' attitude, and able to work independently. Skills that support you working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are absolutely essential. The candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation including, but not limited to, preparing disclosures (both initial and expert), discovery responses, trial preparation, notebooks, and exhibits. 3+ years of experience is preferred.
