Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be able to handle with relative autonomy all aspects of personal injury litigation through trial. Should feel comfortable establishing rapport with clients, drafting simple complaints and motions, identifying important documents and witnesses in a record, preparing disclosures of witnesses and documents, noticing and coordinating depositions, working with expert witnesses, and managing litigation deadlines -- all with a caseload of 30-40 important cases. Prior trial experience is strongly preferred.
