# Civil Litigation Paralegal Job at Law Firm ## Overview Law firm based in Walnut Creek, California is looking for a Civil Litigation Paralegal on a Contract or Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, organized and a quick learner. Candidates must also be fully proficient in using Apple computers and systems and have experience with California Civil Litigation. ## Job Duties The job duties include working directly with lead counsel and contract attorneys on civil litigation cases. The firm specializes in business litigation, civil litigation, and business transactions. ## Pay and Benefits Pay is commensurate with experience. The position will accommodate a hybrid schedule of remote / in-office and there is no travel requirement. ## Job Requirements * 4 years of Litigation experience (Required) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required) * Proficiency in using Apple computers and systems (Required) * Experience with California Civil Litigation (Required) * Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines (Required) * Quick learner (Required) * Organized (Required) ## Job Type Part-time, Contract ## Salary $35.00 - $65.00 per hour ## Work Location Hybrid remote in Walnut Creek, CA 94596 Paralegal Certificate
