Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will have a heavy emphasis on medical records evaluation and collection. Paralegal certificate preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal. Experience with Insurance Defense or Litigation is required. Should preferably have a High school or equivalent education and 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office. Must have strong organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Legal project management experience is helpful. Must type at least 70wpm. Must be a teammate who can work independently and is able to remain focused.
