General Liability Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with the preparation of case communications, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Serve subpoenas and file documents with courts and agencies. Schedule depositions, experts, and case-related meetings. Maintain electronic case files and manage case documents. Maintain case calendars. Should preferably have a Bachelor's Degree. Must have a Paralegal Certificate. Should have experience with insurance defense case billing and process and experience with litigation service providers. Knowledge of California Court rules and processes. Should have strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Should have a high competency with current litigation and office technology and systems.
