Litigation Attorney The candidate will work for Plaintiff's law firm focusing on personal injury cases and construction defect claims. 2 years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation is preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Must have some experience in negotiating claims, depositions, mediation, and drafting and responding to motions.
