Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will include handling all pre-litigation aspects of a personal injury case, including maintaining contact with the client; filing claims with insurance companies; obtaining and organizing relevant documentation; analyzing, reviewing, and summarizing medical bills and records; compiling and sending demand packages to insurance companies; setting up liens; timely addressing and prioritizing matters of importance, and keeping accurate records of all work. Must have proven working experience in the personal injury field and possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); superior organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail; be able to work well both individually and as a team member; and be familiar with and able to effectively utilize Microsoft Word programs and case management database/software systems.
