Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years of experience to work in Homeowners Insurance Division. Will manage a workload under minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced work environment, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. Must have experience drafting and proofreading correspondence and pleadings. Must be able to schedule depositions, mediation, court deadlines, manage clients. Should be familiar with the state and federal filing systems.
