Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should have 3 year of paralegal & preferably legal secretarial experience with some experience in the following areas : docket control use of PACER and CM / ECF e-filing in all courts (PA, NJ an DE) Chapter 11 proceedings (preferred) drafting fee applications and motions reorganization plans and disclosure statements attorney time; entry client; billing calendaring return dates; hearing and trial binders; preparing proofs of claim tracking litigation matters ability to work overtime when needed.
