Patent Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience in patent preparation, drafting and prosecution, preferably in the software/electrical technologies. Candidates must possess a 4 year degree in computer science, electrical engineering or physics. Membership to the Patent Bar is required. Candidates must possess strong writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a desire to excel in a law firm environment. Undergraduate transcripts are required.
