Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide litigation support to a busy practice including drafting pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence and producing documents in response to all aspects of discovery. Should have college and/or a paralegal education from an accredited school or equivalent. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunity to join a group of experienced attorneys in an excellent work environment. Must have 7+ years of litigation experience in State and Federal court. Must have experience with Federal and State court with in-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures and experience with litigation support software. Must be highly motivated, extremely detail oriented and work well independently, as well as, collaboratively.
