Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will support to attorneys primarily working in the insurance defense practice area as well as assist with docketing. Must have: 3+ years' experience. Exceptional secretarial skills. Proficiency with Oregon and Washington State and Federal court rules/procedures, including docketing/calendaring rules. Electronic court filing experience (asbestos knowledge helpful). A high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, follow through, and strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent client service orientation, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, flexible, reliable and ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills and experience functioning in a highly technological and computer-savvy environment.
