Paralegal - Insurance Defense and Litigation The candidates must have 3 years of experience as an insurance defense litigation paralegal, strong oral and written communication skills, effective organizational skills with the ability to manage work for multiple attorneys and cases, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Worldox is preferred. Must be skilled in case of evaluation, summarizing depositions and medical records, coordinating extensive discovery activity, noticing and setting depositions and maintaining calendars, drafting pleadings, answers, and discovery, complying with all court-imposed and other deadlines, assisting with trial preparation, and managing and recording billable time entries in compliance with clients billing guidelines.
