Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will develop an expert-level understanding of the client base and industries that support it. Prepare immigrant/non-immigrant petitions with in-depth knowledge of the application process and requirements, specifically in H-1B, PERM, EBs, L-1, NIW, and/or O-1. Work with colleagues and ensure timely preparation of each case. Actively support clients in immigration program management and compliance. Correspond with USCIS and other government agencies. Provide support to the Managing Attorney when necessary. The candidate must have a J.D. Law Degree from accredited U.S law school with admission to practice law with 2+ years of work experience in business immigration law with a bar license; demonstrated attention to detail; ability to multi-task, take initiative, and meet deadlines; strong problem-solving skills and communication skills in English; bilingual in Chinese is a plus.
