Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle preparation and filing of petitions, nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications. Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with employees and client contacts. Should have superb writing skills with proven attention-to-detail, specifically impeccable spelling and grammar. Will work under the direct supervision of attorneys and senior paralegals but will be expected to work independently as well. Responsible for informing their team of attorneys and senior paralegals of upcoming deadlines specific to their clients immigration cases.
The candidate should have Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred. Employment-based immigration paralegal experience. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system. Should have possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required.
