Immigration Attorney The candidate will provide assistance and advice in determining whether the applicant satisfies the criteria for any of the EB1 categories. Will provide assistance with developing a winning strategy and preparing a petition that best fits a specific set of each individual client s professional achievements and background. Independently preparing diverse immigration applications. Facilitating the consolidation of documents and information from clients during the preparation process. Corresponding with potential clients during the intake process and maintaining regular communication with existing clients with regard to active cases; and Corresponding with USCIS and other government agencies where necessary. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Must have a practice concentration in EB1-A and EB1-B matters and a track record of successful approvals on applications. Note : This is a temporary position.
