Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be opening files/running conflict checks, drafting and electronically filing proofs of claim/reaffirmation agreements/other pleadings in Bankruptcy Courts of all 3 NC districts, handling daily mail in pending bankruptcy cases; managing docketing/case management of pending bankruptcy cases, communicating with clients, debtors' attorneys, trustees and Bankruptcy Court personnel; closing/billing files upon completion. Should have 2+ years' experience in civil litigation. Bankruptcy experience preferred.
