Civil Litigation Trial Paralegal The candidate will have excellent client communication, organizing and maintaining files, drafting and/or finalizing correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and law and motion, and will specifically include preparing cases for trial including calendar maintenance, document reviews and summaries, deposition summaries, the preparation of exhibits and exhibit lists, and all other aspects of completed trial binders. Should preferably be certified paralegal with 5+ years of experience in civil litigation. Must have working knowledge of all aspects of trial preparation in State and Federal Courts. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must and the applicant must possess an excellent work ethic, a professional attitude, and strong written/verbal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat is preferred, and working knowledge of WordPerfect and Desksite/iManage is a plus.
