Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience. Position will afford immediate exposure to commercial litigation, personal injury, labor law, premises, construction defect, condominium litigation, business litigation representing both plaintiff and defendants. Must be proficient in legal research, drafting complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery demands and have experience in handling conferences, arguing motions and taking and defending depositions. Admission to New York Bar a must. Admission to Florida Bar a plus.
