Litigation Attorney The candidate should have Juris Doctorate Degree and admitted to practice in Texas. Must have 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience. Must have experience managing a docket of 60+ litigation cases as lead counsel. Must have proven ability to manage a docket of 60+ litigation files (Litigation Position) or 150+ pre-litigation files (Pre-Lit Position). Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; knowledge of Needles preferred.
