Seeking Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of direct and/or relevant personal injury law experience. The Candidate will be counted on to handle a substantial number of tasks, from inception through the eve of trial, including: Client communication and intake. Medical request/review. Calendar management and scheduling. Service of papers. Filing in both state (NYSCEF) and federal (PACER/ECF) courts. Pleadings. Bills of particulars. Discovery. Deposition and Trial prep. Telephone and administrative responsibilities. Must be a team player, able to exercise good judgment and have organizational skills. Plaintiff s personal injury experience and fluency in Spanish are preferred. Knowledge of Smart Advocate is a plus.
