Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is desirable, and a certificate of completion from a recognized paralegal training program is preferred. 5+ years of experience as a paralegal/legal assistant in a New York litigation, oriented law firm or corporate law department; Knowledge of Discovery, Pleadings and basic Motion Practice pertaining to New York personal injury litigation; knowledge of and experience with medical issues and records is helpful; Advanced written communication skill.
