Litigation Paralegal The ideal candidate should possess a BA/BS degree or paralegal certificate with 5+years of commercial litigation paralegal experience. Should be highly-skilled paralegal with direct commercial litigation experience. Strong document and pleading drafting experience, a strong knowledge of civil procedure, discovery, trial preparation and in-courtroom trial experience in State and Federal courts, and experience in all aspects of e-discovery are required. Computer experience is strongly preferred in MS Word, Excel, Legal MacPac, Summation, Relativity, Concordance, Westlaw, Lexis and OpenText eDocs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage a variety of active cases are required.
