Medical Malpractice Paralegal Candidate must have prior experience working in a medical malpractice firm. Must know how to draft: stipulations, answers, discovery demands, affidavits, etc. Will include drafting documents, processing HIPAA authorizations to various medical facilities, assisting with exhibits and motion practice, copying, scheduling court conferences and depositions, obtaining expert transcripts, data entry and generally assist attorneys as necessary. Must be able to multi-task, have good organizational skills, be detail oriented, is smart, hard-working and works well with others. Prior law firm experience is a must.
